$950/month ($475 deposit) for own upstairs room (10.5ft x 12.5ft), single occupancy. Shared bathroom is with another female (Briana). The room currently has a Twin size bed and desk, but can be removed if needed.
$1250/month ($675 deposit) for upstairs master room (15ft x 17ft), single occupancy. Private bath in room. (If 2 people want to share this huge room, I'll let it go for $750/month each.)
Available now, or starting October 1st.
Rental is month-to-month, but looking for long term individuals (6+ months).
All utilities are included (gas, water, electricity, trash, tv, high speed internet). Can use all the common areas, such laundry (washer/dryer), kitchen, filtered water, patio, grill, etc. We have 2 full size refrigerators, so there is plenty of space.
You must clean up after yourself, respectful of others, and most importantly NORMAL. :o)
No furry pets, no smoking, and definitely no drugs.
Housemates in the other rooms are in their 20s and 30s:
- Briana, graduated from UCLA a year ago. Working as a sales representative for the San Diego Hockey team. Easy going.
- Marina, school district program aide/lead. Getting her masters degree. Also does a lot of side jobs like nanny, pet sitting, house sitting, etc. So isn't home half the time. Easy going.
- Jim, software programmer. Like to go hiking, play on the computer, fix things, and hang out with friends.
Everyone is drama free, so you should be too.
