We are super excited to invite in a new roommate to our beautiful Sanctuary in North Park. The room is ready for you Now.
The House:
Is a dreamy Historic craftsman home on a large North Park Lot. We are in the Morley Field area (sandwiched between N. Park and S. Park). SOOO much awesomeness nearby: yoga studios, coffee shops, great eats, Little Italy, Bird Park, Zoo, Golf courses, and Balboa Park!
We are a community home with 4 roommates when full.
Spaces and amenities are ample:
- FULLY equipped kitchen with literally every cooking and baking item you could desire, and extra refrigeration and food storage for each roommate
-A large dining area with a table that easily seats 10 and closes off for privacy
-Entry area and a super comfortable front room for gathering
-Hot Tub
-Epic Outdoor Shower
-Delicious outdoor tub for either a hot bath or cold-plunge
-A large, glorious sanctuary of a backyard with a Koi pond, waterfall, vegetable bed, Hammock to lay out in, grass to play and sunbathe, picnic table, exotic trees, bliss lights, and more.
-Traeger Smoker
-Gozney Professional Pizza oven
-Garage for storage and extra freezer space
-2 Bathrooms (1 full with a shower in clawfoot tub) and one half-bath, plus the outdoor shower
-Your Bedroom is 10" x 11" and has its own 15' X 7'4" private covered patio.
-Plus your own 6'8" x 14'8" private office with windows on three sides and beautiful sunset views
You are our next most favorite Roommate - A high-viber, kind, caring, and appreciative of a well-kept community space.: (The last two have been with us for some time and have left us to have a family and explore the world)
If you are a business professional or student who values being eco-conscious and is actively respectful, direct, and loving with your communication this is a perfect fit.
Our ideal fit is: clean and considerate in our communal areas, a non-smoker, a non-partier who enjoys a positive vibe, occasional social gatherings, and loves our non-allergenic dog.

Month-to-month after the first 2 months, but interested in staying at least 2 months and hopefully much longer.
