My name is Brett and I live with my girlfriend Kaely and my best friend Calvin. Our roommate just moved out so we're currently looking to fill the gaping void he left in our hearts and also his room.
A bit about us & the place: Kaely & I share the master bedroom, Calvin in the middle bedroom and you, dear reader, would be at the end of the hall. It's a 2 story 3 bed/1.5 bath with a small patio. We're in our early 30's, work jobs and like to have a relaxing home to come back to. I'm a musician so i'm at the studio full time and into late hours of the night. Kaely is a nanny and painter so her schedule moves around & Calvin works a 9-5 and is in bed by 10 so we ask that you keep it down after that time. We all work sort of separate schedules so we try to be respectful. We all try to keep the place tidy and clean but we're not psychos about it. Just be respectful.
We're looking for someone who is clean, friendly, has a sense of humor & is willing to get along. We have a really great dynamic here and hoping to find someone who fits in :) No cigarettes, No drugs, 420 is fine but keep it outside please, & no pets (unless it's like a goldfish or something haha). We're not drinkers or party-people (anymore) outside of holidays and stuff like that.
The place is super central and has freeway access to the 163 and 805 only a block away. Parking is street parking unless you'd like to rent a parking space - but there is a waitlist. The $950 is only for the room, utilities are usually about $100 on top of that (internet/SDGE/Water/trash/sewer)
