I am a quiet conservative guy looking for a housemate to rent a private room in my private home. I seek someone who is gay, bi, bi-curious, LGBTQ, and comfortable with being gay. This is not an advertisement for sex, but I am not adverse if such feelings evolve. Point is, . . .I don’t want someone moving in and getting into political, religious or ‘negative' discussions about being gay. I just want a housemate who I will get along with and who enjoys the companionship of someone similar. However, this is not a party house for you to bring strangers in for sex or to party. This is my private home and you should want the same. Established friends are welcome to visit.

Thus, I am a GWM, 5’-11", 155 lbs, older but still younger acting/looking as told by friends. I am quiet, discrete, a non-smoker, don't do drugs, am a caring person, open minded, liberal, and just a friendly good natured easy going guy. And so, I prefer the same kind of person who is healthy, healthy looking and who takes care of himself. A large private bedroom is available for you with a comfortable Cal King bed, desk, and attached newly remodeled private bathroom with adjacent abundant closet space (not in pics). I have a paid cleaning service to clean the downstairs, the kitchen as well as your bedroom. Park in a private, off-street space, possibly my garage if there is room. The neighborhood is quiet, upper middle class. Rent includes utilities and WIFI. No EV charging for cars. Please reply with a detailed description of yourself. Replies without telling me anything about you and just asking to see the room will not be given serious consideration.
