Me: mid 30s gay man who's lived in this unit over 10 years. Don't drink smoke or party, although I don't care if you drink.
Looking for another male ideally, someone who's queer friendly --no pets allowed as there's already one 9 year old cat here.
Place is right in the middle of north park, you can walk to anything. Shared parking space! Laundry on site, although plenty of laundromats nearby.
I'm pretty chill and no OCD about cleanliness, just do your dishes and don't leave a mess overnight type of thing.
I work 5/6 shifts a week in restaurants typically. (although I will be recovering from surgery nov/dec)
Not looking for anyone to have a live in partner, as there's only one bathroom lol.
I like to go to concerts, go for walks and listen to podcasts and just watch comedy things on tv, pretty low key these days and looking for someone similar.
The room will be available november 1st, but it's a pretty flexible move in date after that.
