The common areas are fully furnished, and your room can be basically furnished or left unfurnished, depending on your preference. The apartment features wood floors and in-unit laundry. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely yard and garden area perfect for relaxing or enjoying a barbecue. The room is bright and sunny with window AC unit.

I’m open to a well-behaved dog with minimal addition fee. Unfortunately, I can’t accommodate cats due to allergies.
