Hello! My awesome roommate is moving out so I am looking to fill a private bedroom in a 2bd/1.5ba charming craftsman house in North Park. I am 37, F (she/her), business professional who works from home 3 days/week, I try to live an eco friendly lifestyle, and have a dog and a cat (they have free run of the house except your private room if you choose to keep them out).
The room is 9x11 with french doors (doors have blinds to keep your room private), includes parking for car plus a motorcycle, semi-weekly house cleaning, workout area and washer/dryer in the garage, EV charger onsite!, and backyard with BBQ. Room is unfurnished. One cat is ok but my dog doesn't get along with other dogs so no dogs, sorry. All genders welcome.
Move in available starting immediately. Rent is $1800 plus 1/2 utilities, security deposit $1500, background check $25.
