Up for rent is one bedroom in a 2b/1ba, part of a beautiful neighborhood in PB 2.5 blocks to the beach. It's available October 1st. Lease is month to month.
I'm looking for the right person to rent this peaceful bedroom. The room is unfurnished in a nicely furnished Pacific Beach house only a couple blocks from the beach on Emerald St.
Rent is $1350/month + utilities (usually about $100/mo). The house is in a quiet neighborhood, has two off-street parking spots shared with the neighbors, plenty of street parking, a dishwasher, sink disposal, high speed WiFi, and a w/d on site. We have outside storage space, and a clothes line. We also have a courtyard with regular hummingbirds, and some citrus trees with tons of oranges fruiting every few months. It's a really lovely spot, especially perfect for someone who loves being close to the ocean.
