The neighborhood is very welcoming with lots of amazing walking, running and biking paths all around, private beach very close, park, the harbor, many restaurants and shopping close as well. Close to fishing and boat access and park.
Monthly Lodging price is for one private room, essential utilities included and shared access to all common areas obviously.
