North Pacific Beach- Bedroom $1300 (Pacific beach)

One room for rent in our perfectly located North PB house. Room available anytime thru May to June 1st. This is a four bedroom home, only 3 people will be living here, leaving one extra guest bedroom for storage.
Rent $1,300. + utilities (around $80-$150/mo)
Security Deposit = $1200
Pets considered on case by case basis.
The Room -
Fairly big(~10x15) and will fit a king size bed, desk, large dresser and still have space to walk around. Fairly large closet. This room shares a bathroom with one other roommate.
The House-
Several blocks north of Garnett and near Ingraham- close to just about anything you need - and a four minute bike/board to the beach. We have a garage for storage, front yard with chairs, back yard with grill, free washer and dryer in garage, large living room, and a bonus 4th bedroom for storage. Everything in the common areas is already furnished, but you are responsible for whatever you would need in your room
Roommates -
Both of us mid to late 30s. Mature and respectful, easy going no drama.
We have lived together for a bit now and have become good friends and seeking a new roommate to fill the void. You do not need to be a best friend but we like to have someone that we are cool chilling with and brings good vibes! This is super laid back atmosphere on the weekdays but we can have fun on the weekends from time to time. Just don't expect it to be a constant party house because we're over that. Everything in moderation!
Lastly this a 1 year lease. We are trying to stay as firm as possible on the year commitment, so please only contact us if you are serious about staying thru the full lease.
