The Master Bedroom is for rent in our single family, 4 bed, 2 bath, view home in Birdland right off the 163 freeway and Genesee.
About us:
You would be living with three guys, all working professionals, and a small dog with varying schedules from days, to nights, and weekends. All three of us have lived here since 2015, pretty laid back, enjoy all sorts of things from sports to music to outdoors and movies. We are 420’friendly and enjoy going out from time to time, but for the most part keep things chill. Responsibilities are casually shared, but for the most part we keep up after ourselves so there’s not much to maintain. One of us is not on the lease and you’d have to be ok with that when moving in.
About you:
You’d be someone who is responsible, clean, respectful, and feel like you’d be a similar fit to what you read above. You are replacing our female college Roomate as she goes onto her next adventure.
