The room is large and fully furnished with a queen bed, 2 nightstands, lamps and a dresser. Room is approx 12' x 11'6" with a large closet, double shelves and mirrored closet doors.
Two of the other rooms are my bedroom (the master) and my office. The room I'm renting is second largest, only smaller than the master. The 4th bedroom (smallest) is a work out room with bench, weights and a bike and is fully available for your use.
All utilities are included - nothing additional from you for gas, electric, water, wi-fi, etc. I do not have cable.
House also has a large very private backyard with hot tub, pool and covered patio. There's also lounge chairs for laying out with great afternoon sun.
I am gay, so I would prefer to have either another gay/ bi roommate, or at least someone who is gay friendly.
