I am a 38 year old, professional gay male that is looking for a roommate at the beginning of the year. Single occupancy, no couples, no pets, no smoking.
I currently live at The Park ( https://habitatsdliving.com/properties/ ) in university heights in a one bedroom but am looking to rent a two bedroom and finding a roommate in the same building, as there are going to be a few openings. My current lease is up in December. The units are two bedroom room two bath and range between $3800-$4100. The units have AC, washer and dryer, dishwasher, shared parking, roof terrace, and the building is close to the freeways, restaurants, shops, balboa park, etc. Utilities are usually around $70-$90 and internet is $70. So all together your share would be $1900-$2050 for rent and then $35-$45 for utilities and $35 for internet. Plus a deposit which I believe is $800.
About me: I am a 38 year old professional gay male, wake up early, active, quiet, clean, responsible, and respectful. I am looking for someone who is the same and gainfully employed. Looking for a roommate who is friendly but who won’t bring the party home or have overnight guests every night.
