Hello! Looking for a roomie to fill up the secondary bedroom (with your own private bathroom) in this beautiful Spanish house for a year lease starting October 1st. It’s a year lease and a $35 application for background check and credit check will be needed. You will get your own private bathroom, parking space, we have washer and dryer in unit and have tons of space.

Rent is $1,250 + deposit (1,000) and the utilities ($25 WiFi and SDGE ranges from $50-$80/ person we are very energy conscious so I like to keep cost at minimum. The entire house will come furnished except for the rooms for rent. Cleaning of the common areas of the house, kitchen, dining room, living room will be taken care of by the roommate(manager) who will be living there for no additional cost to you, you will only be responsible for the cleaning of your own room and bathroom of course and obviously maintaining the common areas if used. :) House is 420 friendly :)
