Private room available in a shared apartment for $725 per month, with a $1,000 security deposit. We are next to the 8 freeway, one stop from SDSU and across the street from the green trolley line! UCSD hospital is right next door. Utilities like WiFi and electricity are not included in the rent. The apartment includes a community pool, on-site laundry, has freeway access right next door and the green trolley line is right across the street, making commuting easy. There are two parking spots for the unit, but they’re already taken, so parking is street parking only.
This is a clean, relaxed, and friendly home with two other female roommates both professionals who work M-F and go to school. Since we both work early schedules, we ask that parties are not brought home. Responsible and considerate of shared spaces is a must. We do have one cat and not looking for any additional pets.
