Details about the room and house:
We have a huge front yard, huge backyard, pool table room, large family room with plenty of couches to get comfy on and just lounge around. We do have a renovated large kitchen. There are six bedrooms in this house, so you will have to deal with five roommates. The room that could be yours is located on the second floor. The room measures around ~13x 13ish . Pictures are a little out dated. Will update when new ones are available.
Deets about the roommates:
We have an eclectic group of people that live at the mansion. The age ranges from 25-37, so we are young professional household. We currently have 2 men and 4 women. Ideally, we like to rebalance the scales on gender, but if you seem like a chill person, I am obligated to show you the house. We like to have good people in the house that provide a good aura and have a positive mentality. We all come from different walks of life. We have three people hailing from the San Diego, one from the SAC area , one from Seattle, and one from Jersey. We are a chill group of people and enjoy the life that we have established at the mansion. We use the house as a place to recharge and relax. So, not much of a party house but we know how to have a great time. We have times were we do go past the standard late hours or have a occasional party. We do have established house rules that help us live together and create a basic level of expectation. We are NOT considering dogs or cats.

First, we are looking to regain the gender balance(Looking for a guy, but open to others). That being said, I will not exclude other candidates from the interview process, especially if the seem like they have the characteristics that would add positivity
to the household and roommates. Yea, that's about it. So, sell yourself well in the email and that will go a long way.
Details about costs:
You will be on a month to month lease after a 3 month commitment, which makes things easy if you need to leave. I just require 45 days notice prior to your anticipated departure.
The room will be available December 1st-15th (maybe earlier), it is important that you know that if you get the room, you will be responsible for the entire rent for that month regardless of the day you actually move in. The later date is mentioned because I will be touching up things in the room as far as anything glaring.
Utilities = 100-170p/p/m (water bill comes every other month)
Move in costs: First and Security deposit: This equates to 1050/1050; The security deposit is refundable. Total: 2100
You will be responsible for the last month's payment up notice to vacate the house hold.
