My Bf has a place on Alvarado Road near La Mesa and SDSU. It is a spacious renovated 2b2b. It is currently unfurnished. All appliances included (yes washer/dryer as well). AC unit is in living room and the room available is spacious with a walk in closet and bathroom right next to it. One assigned parking spot and street parking. Looking for another responsible working professional 26-35 years old. No pets is preferred. Meeting for lunch will be arranged to make sure personalities work well. LGBTQ friendly.
