-We have a quiet, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. With a fun, friendly and chill vibe! (This is the key to this place)
-Looking for the same in the last roommate. Working professionals, and/or students are probably the best fit.
-We are 2 engineers and a Scientist, who are friendly and busy with work and lives that currently reside.
-We all met renting here at this house, over the 2 years.
-The person leaving has been here for 3 years! People love the place and enjoy the chill/ happy vibe.
-We're also semi-gamers. We sometimes will play online games together
and cook an occasional meal together as well.
Looking for people who care about and strive to better themselves. Also, obviously pay rent on time. And, you don't have to be a gamer or an Engineer to live here. ;D

Only 3 miles from ocean!
Located just outside of La Jolla and Pacific Beach. Close to trolley station and 5/ 52 freeways. UCSD, USD, Mesa. Clairemont square with Vons, food pavilion. Also, only a few miles from Convoy st. which has incredible food and wide diversity of dinning.
-Zero parking issues. Park in the driveway, or there's always spots open in front of the house.
Prefer a 6-12 month lease.
The room can be partially/fully furnished for extra $ per month if desired.
