We've got a room coming available in our 5 bedroom Clairemont home and are looking for a clean and chill new roommate to share it with. The house is modern and well appointed -- granite and stone slab in the kitchen and the two shared bathrooms, hardwood floors, island in the kitchen, spacious backyard with a covered patio deck and large gardening potential. A/C in every room for those hot summer days we're getting more and more. The room is pretty big at about 14' x 10' with a good sized closet as well.

It's in a great central location, a few blocks off of Clairemont Mesa Blvd and Clairemont Drive. If you love the beach like me, it's just a 10 minute drive to Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, and La Jolla. Great for students too -- 10 minutes to UCSD, 15 minutes to Mesa College and USD, and 20 to SDSU.

It's a five bedroom home with a mix of tenants, currently one guy and three girls, open to any roommate. We're social but looking to keep the house clean and chill most of the time.

House is furnished (sofas, dining table, patio furniture, kitchen appliances), except for your room, that's all yours. Has dishwasher, washer, dryer, fiber Internet, A/C.

Rent is $850/mo plus split utilities (usually about $100/mo per person). First + last + $300 deposit due on signing. Looking for a responsible, clean renter. No pets (we have one cat already), one person per room only. Available for showing Friday-Sunday Feb 20-22.
