Looking to fill one or two of the bedrooms. $1800-2000 per room (includes utilities). Price depends on the room and includes utilities and full shared use of the common areas as your own home with mutual love and respect. Lodging term is month to month optional and can be furnished or unfurnished. Looking for someone who is trustworthy, kind and professional, but also down to earth and fun would be great as usually this is a house of friends with good energy.
-Both rooms are approximately 14X14 in dimension with large closets. Bathrooms have been remodeled
-Large Living room fully furnished
-fireplace
-massage chair
-Pool Table, Darts, Chess and other games in common areas
-Large Kitchen with chef's griddle and plenty of space for your food and kitchenware
-Outdoor Private Jacuzzi with a nice view of harbor, downtown and waterfall
-Custom Steam Room and Roman Style Bath
-heavy bag and mats for cardio training
-complete gym, smith machine, stair machine, weights, cardio and ab equipment, etc
-large sun deck with ocean view, downtown view and view of harbor and Coronado bridge / island
-large propane grill
-plenty of parking
-washer and dryer
-Heating and Air Conditioning, though never need it as plenty of ocean breeze air on the hill
-mini golf course outback with 18 holes
-Tiki Bar
-Daybed for relaxing
-Hammock for a mid-day nap
-prefer no smoking, but have setup outside if that is your thing and that is not a deal breaker
-open to small dog if potty trained and well behaved. Will need to meet your little friend for consideration
Move in will be any time between now and December 1st
