People have been emailing asking for more information, so I'll try to beef this up. We are a couple who live in the back part of our home and rent out 3 furnished rooms in the front. We set things up like this because we both work and travel a ton, but like to have a nice big place to come home to. We like to be social and have roommates to hang out with, do family dinners... stuff like that. She is an NP, and works for Doctors Without Boarders. I own a few small business. One of which is a furnished rental company based here in SD. The other business are on the East coast, so I'm back there a fair amount. We love animals and foster puppies through a couple of local organizations. We welcome roommates who have pets, but want to steer away from heavy shedders, destructive, or boisterous animals (pet rent $100 per month per animal). The only pet we have currently is a geriatric cat who is super friendly and mellow.
The house is large and sprawling with awsome landscaping in front, a huge built-in seating area, and ocean views. There is a big bay window in the living room that you can lounge in and see the ocean. There's a cobblestone courtyard in the middle of the house with a hammock, day bed, grill, pool table, and full sized trampoline! Lots of parking on the street right out front. There's even an outdoor shower for those sandy beach days! The bathrooms are a little old school with funky colors and the kitchen has these crazy knobs on all the cabinets with spices in them. The whole place just has a great feeling about it and is so much fun to live in! If your interested in meeting and checking out the place just shoot me an email.
