Furnished room with adjustable very comfortable twin bed. Room also has large wall mounted smart TV with spectrum cable and high speed internet. Room also has walk-in closet desk and small refridgerator (if wanted). Newly remodled bathroom is not attatched but would not be shared with us as we have our own. We are a married gay male couple, both former military and we have one very fun well behaved medium size female dog. We will consider someone with a dog as long as they get along. We are only a 10 minute drive to Torrey Pines state beach and about 15 minutes to downtown or mission valley area. We have normally rented to military guys in the past from either Miramar MCAS or North Island and they say the commute is easy. I work at the airport and it is about 20 minutes since we are just west of the 15 and south of the 56 so it is easy to get everywhere. You must like a clean house no smoking and no overnight guests. We would prefer to rent to military guys but open to others
