Active retired Mira Mesa resident has sm. furnished room to rent in her clean, quiet, A/C'd 4br/2ba home on a cul-de-sac. One responsible, employed (or F/T student) MALE preferred - to share full bath in the hall (cleaned for you once/week) with same.
Other room occupied by my working daughter (who uses my bathroom), rarely here. When she & my other male tenant are home, they usually stay in their room. Low foot traffic.
Friendly, respectful, responsible, quiet all-adult environment. Easy biking distance to stores, Miramar College or MCAS front gate.
Many of my tenants stay for years because of the conveniences & cost-savings extras I provide. As well as the comfort of a calm, peaceful, country home atmosphere. I keep fresh fruit in the fruit bowl, finger treats on the dining room table and even fix a big pot dinner for everyone every once in a while. Many of my ex-tenants who live nearby return for my holiday dinners and just to keep in touch cause this still feels like home to them.
The other male tenant (in 50's) has resided happily here for over 15 years total, moved to Georgia to be near family but, missed San Diego so much he returned and moved back in about 6 years ago. Vacating tenant has only been here a cpl of years but needs to move back home to deal w/family issues.
I strive to keep the rent low and the amenities high to secure happy, long-term tenants.

Limited extra storage available in garage but, not much. All this for $875./mo. And $200.00 refundable cleaning deposit = $1,075. to move in.
