Looking for someone who is clean, friendly, responsible, and knows how to live with other people.
Although the house is not a party house, it is also not the quietest house.
We have 2 dogs (1 teacup chihuahua and a chihuahua mix).
The house is a 7 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms.
The room for rent is a private furnished bedroom, and shared bathroom with 2 other people (max).
Common areas such as living room, patio/front yard, kitchen, laundry room are allowed for use.
This is perfect for international students, interns, military, and recent transplant.
Overnight guests are allowed as long as they are respectful.
Room includes:
Full Size Bed, dresser, closet, TV, desk, and chair.

I normally set up a video call (FaceTime, WhatsApp), to answer any questions and to see if it will be a fit. Then, I can schedule an in person showing of the room.
