I have a very nice large ocean/bay view home to share in the Bay Ho overlooking Mission Bay, area right across from Mount Soledad and Pacific Beach. It is a spread out ranch style house with two large family/living rooms and a large ocean view covered furnished patio!
The house has windows everywhere so lots of light and air!
It is close to campuses, UCSD, USD … also the new Balboa trolley station is close by if you want to use it and the new Rose Creek bike path is close by too if you like to bike places.
I am looking for a roommate that vibes well ,communicates well and is chill and friendly. In the past my roommates have all said that I am a great roommate. I make incredible meals(“ I should own restaurants“)/share food together, cocktails. I like to entertain people. Also you can have fun at home, invite other friends over and work out at our home gym ( bench, barbells , dumbbells, etc ) or just chill . The house is in a great quiet neighborhood with easy access to getting anywhere. There is never more than two or three cars parked on the whole street so parking is easy! The view is amazing and the ocean breeze is relaxing and it is just a chill nice house.
SUMMARY: I have one ocean view bedroom available in a three bedroom two bathroom house. One bedroom is rented to an UCSD guy. The bedroom available has a nice sized closet and floor to ceiling window with ocean/bay views! It also has a memory foam mattress, desk, nightstand, lamp if needed. The entire house has been recently remodeled with all new flooring…no dirty carpets anywhere!
THE HOUSE: It is very nicely furnished house but still comfortable…pictures from around the world, nice sofas, tables, etc. Nicely well equipped Kitchen( everything possible and very upscale from dishes to glassware, cooking materials, etc) with two nice dens/ lounge areas and one opens up to a great outdoor deck with a view of the bay/ocean which is also nicely furnished( sofa, tables, chairs) The patio is large and covered. Each den/living rooms have new 4k qled tvs. Internet is at 1 GB The patio and house has tropical plants everywhere and very nice outdoor sofa, chair, and breakfast/dinner table outside. The rest of the house has everything else needed including high speed wireless mess internet systems, huge washer dryer in garage ; barbecue grill, two refrigerators, central heat and central air.
ABOUT ME: I am an entrepreneur but after I had to deal with cancer a few years ago I realized a need to help others and founded a local cancer charity and help raise money for cancer research. I am social, go to the beach, love music and live music concerts and festivals, chill etc. But since I am immune compromised from my cancer treatments when I go out I only go to the outdoor areas of bars and restaurants and ask roommates to try and do the same and to be fully vaccinated too. I work from home mostly and work out a lot with the home gym. I am publicly sociable now but still careful about infections...I typically go to outdoor concert venues.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: A friendly, sociable, clean, fun, responsible male roommate that is either in school or a working professional. I’m looking to have a nice friendly/family like vibe in the house. People that enjoys hanging out at times and dinners together sometimes and with our friends when possible. It is ok though if you are quiet and chill as I am too! You still must be covid vaccinated and willing to get "boosted" if necessary to move in...cheers mates
