I'm renting a private, fully furnished room in a penthouse apartment in PB. The room is 17' x 10' with a 10' x 3' closet totaling about 200 sqft. The apartment is the entire top floor of the apartment complex with 2 oversized balconies. It is 3 blocks to the beach and overlooks Sail Bay (the room has a bay view too) which is right across the street and feels like having a private beach. We get a lot of natural light and breeze and it is nice not having anyone above us.
The room has two twin beds combined into a king. It also comes with a chair, a glass desk, and a tv. It has a large double-paned windows that can keep it quiet, or be opened to let in the beach breeze. The kitchen is fully stocked with a collection of cooking equipment.
Currently there is one other roommate who is moving out mid December. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms I have available so it will be a private bath when there is only one renter and I'll only rent the other room to one person, if at all.
I am a professional male in my early 40's. I have lived her for 17 years because I like it so much. I keep the apartment very clean, am equally respectful of roommates, and expect the same of them. I want this to be a peaceful place to live without parties and I am very thoughtful of the neighbors. Most of my previous roommates have lived her for years and become life-long friends.

Electricity, internet we split. Electric is cheap because we don't need A/C.
