The available unit is on the second floor with lovely vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and natural light, and a spacious balcony facing the canyons nearby with great views of North Park.

I am moving out of San Diego at the end of January or early February. I am flexible on move in date as I am still planning my own move back to the east coast. You can either move into the empty bedroom ASAP/mid December/early January and we split the rent while I am still here, or you can move in after I leave end of January/early February to take over the lease for the whole apartment. There is flexibility to add on roommates to the lease as needed.

I can leave behind some larger, relatively new furniture if wanted as well - large Living Spaces couch, Ikea bedframes, dresser, desk, dining table, TV stand.

Can provide more details and photos via email. Can also chat on the phone to see if it is a good fit with timing etc. before seeing the place in person.
