Females Only: Hello! Welcome to Bay Park! I'm moving out early so I have a private one bedroom and one bath available for rent February 1. It can come furnished or unfurnished, up to you :) Lots of natural lighting throughout the house and a has a very spacious backyard with a fire pit, as well as not one but two avocado trees. In Summer you can see the fireworks from SeaWorld. You are also a very close 3-5 minute walk to a range of restaurants including Luce, a brewery, Define Lagree, Bay Park Coffee, and the famous Siesels (for the best sandwiches and meat cuts you've ever had).

You will have two roommates (a couple) named Tyler and Meghan and they have two dogs, Willow and Hugo. They have their own flat in the back.

The rent is $1600 + utilities February and March (Pro Rata if moving in after Feb. 1). After two months (March 31) you will have the option of signing a year lease which would be $2000. Totally up to you.

You would ideally move in February 1 or soon after and then. You would technically be a sublet until March 31 (when my lease ends) and then you would have the option of signing a year lease.
