THE HOUSE: This is a three bedroom house. The room has a new memory foam mattress, adjustable height desk , a hallway closet, shared bathroom. The house has new hardwood floors throughout...no carpeting. The house has windows everywhere( bedroom has floor to ceiling window!) and is filled with light and ocean breezes. There are two living rooms and a dining area off the kitchen. ...perfect for roommates plus an entire ocean view outdoor covered patio with very nice furnishings : sofa, chairs, dining table that makes it the "third" living room" . The house feels like a home, pictures/artwork from around the world, interior plants, area rugs, etc. The house is also kept clean at all times... is very nicely furnished house but still comfortable. Nice well equipped Kitchen( everything possible and very upscale from dishes to glassware, cooking materials, etc) Each den/living rooms have new 4k qled tvs. The patio has tropical plants and very nice outdoor sofa, chair, and breakfast/dinner table. The rest of the house has everything else needed including high speed wireless mess internet systems, huge washer dryer in garage; barbecue grill, two refrigerators, and much more! The house is in a great quiet neighborhood ( non through street) with easy access to getting anywhere as there is a new trolley station below the house too!
ABOUT ME: My previous roommates have all said that I am a great roommate, I make incredible meals/share food together, cocktails, I like to entertain people. You can have fun at home, invite other people over, or go out to beaches, hikes, work out at our home gym! Therefore if anyone wants to have a very nice home environment and have a friendly "family vibe"...thats great. The house is in a great quiet neighborhood called Bay Ho with easy access to getting anywhere. The view is amazing and the breeze is relaxing and it is just chill! I am an entrepreneur, but after I had to deal with cancer a few years ago I realized a need to help others and founded a cancer charity and help raise money for cancer research.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: A friendly, sociable, clean, responsible male roommate in his 20's-30's that is either in school or a working professional. I am looking to have a nice friendly/family like vibe in the house. Someone that enjoys dinners together sometimes and with our outside friends!
