The large patio has a 180-degree ocean view from downtown to La Jolla. The large family room is comfortable and includes a 70-inch TV. The garden-style backyard is very tranquil and relaxing. The rest of the house has everything, including high-speed fiber wireless internet, a washer and dryer in the garage, barbecues, and much more! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils and dishes. The available bedroom has hardwood flooring and a nice-sized closet with storage above the closet! We are looking for a similar type of roommate who is chill, professional, and friendly, does not smoke cigarettes, no drugs, no firearms, no pets, and does not bring the party home. You also must be clean, especially in the common areas. You simply won’t find a better place in North PB or San Diego for that matter. The rent is $1,500 per month with a $500 deposit and is month to month.
