Hello, my name is Blake. I'm currently looking for a clean, quiet, safe place to live. I am 30 years old working as a waiter/personal trainer. I am into health and fitness and live a very clean simple lifestyle. I tend to keep to myself and am either working, cooking/eating, at the gym, or in my room playing on my laptop. Looking for a great roommate who shares the same values as myself, chill/healthy lifestyle. I work in La Jolla but am super flexible with my living location as I commute around 30 minutes now currently from the Poway-ish area. I cook 3 simple, basic meals a day, but if a BBQ is available I am more than happy to cook most meat outside. I'll be one of the greatest roommates you'll have. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats, but dogs seem to be okay :)

Ideally looking for the Poway, Carmel mountain, rancho penasquitos areas, mission valley, etc. but am flexible

Current lease ends 12/24 so need to be out before then.

I can afford 1,500/mo plus utilities.

I am looking for a 2b/2ba split that includes parking and in-unit wash/dryer.

We will be applying and signing a lease together.
Please have income and credit in order.
Please no WFH.
