Also, no heavy parties, no heavy drinking, no drugs and no smoking of any kind on premise per property management. Totally okay though to have friends over and have alcohol in the apartment just nothing crazy please.

You will be signing onto a lease. Because of this you will need to have a job with good credit because the property management will run both.
