I am close to the bus stop! (Bus 41 to UCSD, La Jolla, Old Town, and Downtown language schools). I have had experience hosting international students. I have very positive references from many previous internationals. I can help you adjust to American culture and find your way around the city. I have had experience helping English learners improve their English and prepare for exams.
My home is clean with a groomed yard. This is a house and not an apartment. The neighborhood is a quiet, safe, cul-de-sac. There is a beautiful Canyon view from the bedroom window. You will have Kitchen and laundry privileges. Internet included. Washer and dryer on property. Driveway or plenty of street parking. The bathroom is shared with one other female when both rooms are rented.
I am near all the shopping at Balboa and Genesee. I am asking $1,150 per month plus utilities ($50 per month). There is a $500 refundable deposit. This is month to month. I have allergies to cigarette smoke so I am asking for a non-smoker please. I am asking for a female housemate.This is in Clairemont, San Diego 92117, in the mountain street area near Mount Herbert and Genesee Ave.
