Looking for a housemate to share our home in La Mesa. We have 1 unfurnished room for rent in our 6-bedroom house. $800 per month . Common area + gardening monthly cleaning service included. Utilities are NOT included; they’re around $120/month. Laundry in house. Kitchen, living room, and all common areas are shared (but already furnished). We have a beautiful backyard. Street parking on our cul-de-sac. Absolutely NO pets, NO smoking, NO drugs.

About the house: family-oriented home. My husband and I live here with our 6 and 1 -year olds. In addition, we live with our male friend (he has lived here with us for over 10 years). We are all working professionals in our late-30s. Please note that the bedroom available for rent is on the opposite side of the house from our child’s room and baby’s nursery.
