We have rooms priced as low as $275.00 to $357.00 a week for those people who don't mind sharing a bathroom with one other room. These rooms are approved on a case by case basis. When we have a lot of rooms open, our prices are negotiable.
Our least expensive rooms are not available all the time. Normally our least expensive rooms are $60.00 per night or $275.00 a week for one person. However, when we have a lot of rooms open we are able to lower the price sometimes as low as $50.00 per night.

DAILY RATES for a Single Private Unit ranges from to 75.00 to $109.00 with a 40.00 key deposit.
Our PRIVATE Single Units range from $473.00 to $484.00 a week plus 150.00 deposit.
DAILY RATES for a Two Room Suite range from $101.00 to $170.00 with a 80.00 key deposit.
Two Room Suite suites range from $600.00 to $675.00 per week plus a 200.00 deposit.
All weekly prices include taxes and are for one person (Weekly two-room suite weekly price is for one or two people). Daily rates are for one or two people. Additional guests are welcomed for an extra cost.*
Pets are allowed upon approval at an additional fee.
Our place consist of a variety of different types of people; families, single mothers, single men and woman, as well as retired people.
We maintain a clean and quiet motel and we expect everyone to respect their neighbors. Any inappropriate activity will not be tolerated. We keep our place safe and secure. with monitored cameras , our good staff and our many residents who will report any inappropriate activities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for us all.
