We are looking for a roommate to live in our 5 bedroom house in a safe neighborhood just south of UCSD overlooking the 5 and 52 freeways. The available room is one of the three regular rooms upstairs, and you would be sharing a bathroom with two others. The room is available for $805/month and utilities average about $90month and include internet/cable, water, and electricity.
The house comes with a washer/dryer, bar, back/front yard, and a LOT of space. It is located near a park and backs up to rose canyon, which is full of hiking and bike trails. It is located a short drive/bike ride away from grocery stores and restaurants on Governor, and is a 5-10 minute drive from UCSD and the beach.
