Looking for honest and hard working sales associate/Store Assistant to work at a 7Eleven. Have two locations (Rancho Peñasquitos And Clairemont Mesa).
We are looking to fill these roles on immediate basis. The short listed candidates will will go through 30-45 min in person interview and decision will be made fairly quickly.
We have 2 kind of positions:
Cooler Organizer and Stocker: ( This person can just come in for 3-4 hrs every day to stock and organize the cooler and leave, preferably during early afternoon time frame)
- Previous Experience in stocking and organizing the cooler items will be preferred especially working at 7-11.
- Requires Very Good organizational skills
- Taking Initiative and going through new items and discussing how to merchandize those items in the cooler.
Sales Associate: ( All shifts including 2 to 3 graveyard shifts)
Day to Day standard duties include:
- Stocking cooler and other merchandising
- Preparing Hot Food
- Cashier and High Quality customer service
- Good communication and up-selling skills.
- Checking in Deliveries and organizing back stocks
- Keeping Coffee hot and fresh by always replenishing coffee condiments and other related items.
- keeping store clean (include sweeping , mopping, restrooms) - sometimes include detail cleaning of shelves, aisles, under the counter area and Food Preparation Area.
- Keeping shift cash under control by properly closing Days and Shifts on the POS systems.
