By using the Markstrat software for large business simulation, we were to control all business operations, including the unit production, marketing research, R&D and financing in order to grow our stock price as much as possible to compete with the other teams/companies.
● USP 152 (Real Estate Finance) Final Project
This project consisted of creating a financial model to analyze a potential acquisition. The investment opportunity
was to buy a vacant building and to finish out the tenant improvements and then leasing up the building to tenants. The financial model was created by using Excel and includes complex loan and financing calculations, project costs, investment performance, rental assumptions, cash flow forecast and joint venture syndication assumption.
● Corgi Consulting Project Final Deliverable
This managerial accounting project consisted of us taking the role of Corgi Consulting Firm and assisting the developer of a mobile app in preparing a report to a potential investor. We were to prepare deliverables that contain quality information supported by reasonable, well-articulated assumptions. The deliverables contained a concise description of the new app, description of the business/revenue model, proposed app pricing and final report and bill.
