I have held positions as a Service Coordinator, Operations Manager, Production Manager and Business Manager therefore I have seen how much small "Mom and Pop" construction companies are in desperate need for someone like me.
Coming from a small business owning family, as well as working for a few, I have learned the importance to be ORGANIZED and detailed oriented. I strive myself in creating process and procedures and enforcing them because let's be honest, organized chaos does not work when it comes to getting reimbursed for the 100's of Home Depot receipts scattered through out your truck. After a few years in the construction and home remodeling industry, I have not only really enjoyed learning about the industry but have become really good at the administrative and operations side of the business. I am a straight shooter with a keen eye for detail and work ethic. If you are in need of my assistance and/or consulting, I am here to help continue to grow your business.
My skills and experience include:
- Permitting- keeping track of the permitting process, comments and corrections, emailing Reviewers, ect.
- Software such as Trello and BuilderTrend
- Weekly and monthly invoicing (AR/AP)
- Writing contracts and professional documents
- QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Payroll
- Maintaining detailed job binders and folders
- Scheduling Staff
- Onboarding new employees
- Purchasing
- Scheduling inspections
- Setting up new sub-contractos as vendors while gathering all necessary paperwork and information
- Maintaining contact with Sales and Project Managers
- Act as point of contact for all customer issues
- Maintain all company files, certificates, insurances, Ect.
- All around go to person
I charge $40.00 an hour with a two hour minimum. Please make sure you have an understanding that this is NOT an ad for an entry level position. This is an ad for my assistance and consulting to build and grow your company with organization, process and procedures in mind. Due to my skills, abilities, knowledge and experience, I will be very honest, I have far surpassed the "entry level" positions.

Like mentioned above, I am very straight and to the point, so serious inquires only. I have had numerous companies reach out to me, acknowledge and approve my wage requirement as well as discuss how much they need someone with my skills and knowledge to assist them only for them to say
- "I will call you tomorrow to set up a time/day to meet" then never hear from you again
- When I reach out to you, you tell me you "need time to and not ready to hire someone" after you expressed great interest in my professional assistance.
We are not dating, so stop ghosting me. I take this very seriously and if you give me the run around, I will not respond nor will I come help your business after a month because you hired the young women who promised she had experience and you could pay her a lower rate only to find out she cares more about her Instagram and Snapchat. She can't write an email if her life depended on it and her Grandma has died for the 5th time resulting in her calling in last minute.
