Hello. My name is James and I'm a 25-year journeyman painter looking for new projects. I'm a independent contractor and I work by myself so I don't have cost like payroll, gas, workman's comp or any other taxes that I add into my bids. I just charge for labor. It's easier for both my clients and myself that way. I prep brush roll and spray, do stucco work and make all repairs before painting. I am more than reasonable with my costs to you.
