The neighbors in the campo are WONDERFUL and always look out for each other and the respective properties while some are away.

The campo does not have any amenities such as garbage disposal or city water. For this reason I am including an unimproved electric (potential electric, not solar only) lot at El Dorado Ranch for amenities, such as swimming pools, pickeball, poker, restaraunts, bars, yoga, water aerobics, tennis, etc. All you have to pay is the transfer fee which is probably around $1,500 (or this is what is was when I obtained the lot). EDR is about 1 mile from the casa. Dues for the EDR are approxiamtely $1,500 per year.
