* Market: One specific metro area where you have local insight and connections
* Direct Approach: Engage directly with property owners to find and negotiate off-market deals—no brokers
* Compensation: Commission only, paid per deal closed, with substantial earning potential based on the discounts you secure
Responsibilities
* Reach out directly to apartment owners in your designated market to source off-market deals at substantial discounts.
* Build and nurture relationships directly with sellers to negotiate favorable terms—no brokers involved.
* Stay informed on local market trends to pinpoint the best opportunities.
* Present high-value, vetted deals to our acquisitions team for final review.

Compensation
