We're looking for an experienced real estate assistant who can hit the ground running in a fast paced Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Company. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Real Estate License
- Experience using CAR Forms, Docusign and the SD MLS system (Lease agreements, lease extensions, property
searches and listing data entry)
- Technology Savvy - Experience with Social Media (Facebook, Pinterest, Linked-In), Website Blogging, Design
Modification and Page Updating, Building Agent Websites (easy to use automated tools available),
- MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Creative Flair for Marketing
- Detail Oriented with Excellent Organizational Skills
