If the commission check is $15,000, you get $15,000! A lot of brokerages say they are “100% commission,” but in reality, they charge their agents fees and commission splits. Our business model does not rely on charging our agents fees of any kind or keeping any of their commission. All we ask is that you consider using our beneficial client services such as our in-house Escrow Company when you are representing a seller and our in-house Loan Company when you are representing a buyer. There is “no catch” just a win-win for you and your clients!
When you close a transaction, we send you the full commission. If the commission check is $15,000, you get $15,000! Also, on every transaction, we cover the E&O and we provide free in-house transaction coordinating ($395 value). We have an in-house Escrow Company and Loan company that our agents use for their client services. Our escrow company is highly rated and offers fair fees to both the buyer and seller. Our loan company does all of our loans with no fees at all for any buyers (we are paid a commission from the lenders, so we don’t have to charge your clients). Since we are an independent brokerage, and do not have to pay costly franchise fees, we can offer this model to all our agents, and still make a profit enabling us to stay in business since 2003.
