Cylinder Head Machine Work Performed:

- Complete disassembly and thorough cleaning via hot tank & ultrasonic cleaner

- Pressure tested to confirm casting is not cracked

- New valve stem seals and valve guides

- 3 angle grind valve job

- Valves are vacuum tested to ensure perfect compression.

- PCD milling to ensure a super smooth finish. (PCD stands for Polycrystalline Diamond, and is best for aluminum heads).

- CBN milling to ensure a super smooth finish. (CBN stands for Cubic Boron Nitride and is best for cast-iron heads).

- Valves have been adjusted to Toyota specification

- All parts are cleaned and inspected before final assembly to meet AERA specifications.

- Bore Cylinders, Sleeve Cylinder, Hone Cylinders

- Line Hone Main Journals, Hone Lifter Bores

- Crankshaft Polishing and Grinding

- Piston Pin Pressing, Hone Piston Crank Pin Ends
