I've been using a storage unit of around 50 sq. ft. for my personal items and sometime hobby workshop. Want a space bigger and more usable than a storage unit
So I'm searching for a storage room or garage that is secure, able to hold my stored items, motorcycle and have room for my workbench. Single-size garage (or similar-size room, min. 9x12 ) with 110v power for my charger and fluorescent lights. Prefer area around Mission Bay or west, at a reasonable rate and safe.
