It comes fully rigged as in the first photo, but without the tripod!!!! This FS5 has only 50 hours on it.!!!! I had 2 of them, and then I got the Sony FS7 shortly after, so this barely got any use. This is a true cinema camera, meant for filming events, talking head interviews, commercials. It's best for production work, and light enough to be carried around on a daily basis. It's the camera I use for Interviews (talking head videos) and documentary type work, but I used it mainly for conferences and corporate events. It will come with a 128 gig SD card, canon 70-200 2.8 lens, and follow-focus. I removed the grip because it was just in the way since I mainly used it on tripod or on a gimbal and never used it.
