The office is ~160 sf for $750/ month
I need a commitment through the end of 2026 with a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
The office is private with a door that close and locks. The front of the space is a storefront space that is The Feminist Bookstore. You and your visitors/ guests would walk through that space to reach your office. Your clients/ visitors can sit in the bookstore and use it as a waiting room as well. It has couches and comfortable chairs for seating.
There are two other offices in the space, one is an esthetician and the other is a clinical research consultant. There are two bathrooms outside the suite around the corner less than 50 feet from the suite and there is a key to those hanging beside the front bookstore door. You will also get your own bathroom key. There are no sinks in the suite, though the esthetician has a portable sink in her office, so has been able to make that work.
