Your workspace would be in our 500 sq ft shared mezzanine office, located above our photo studio and meeting space. You’d be sharing the office with a photographer and a video editor, though we're frequently out on shoots—so you’ll often have the place to yourself.
The base rate is $500/month, which covers your dedicated desk space. If you’d like rent the downstairs rental studio for shoots or meetings, we can create a discounted package based on how many days you plan to use it—or you can book time a la carte at a discounted rate as needed. We’ll prioritize someone who wants to use the studio, but the most important thing is finding a good overall fit.
There’s a nice wood desk available, or you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. When the studio is in use for a production or meeting (usually just a couple of days a month), we simply ask that you keep a low profile upstairs out of respect for the renters.
