Workshops prices from about $390 for roughly 120 Sq Ft. Typically workshops range in size from 100-342 sq ft. although some can possibly be combined. Building hours are 6:30am-10pm. Units with exterior windows start at about $700 per month. The building is all concrete with few exterior windows.
Centrally located metro San Diego building in Normal Heights/ City Heights. Gross Rent includes utilities, maintenance, complimentary Wi-Fi and first come parking.
Workshops are ideal for a variety of light manufacturing, design, computer/ general office space, repair services, "creatives/ makers", artists/ craftsman of all sorts, and so on....sorry, no live/work on premises allowed!
